summer style, who what wear, pink, affordable style, petite fashion, petite style, boston blogger, boston style, july 4 outfit, feminine style, loft

Okay yes, I admit it, my hair isn't brushed in these pics! But I'm really bad with hair and lately I feel like it actually better when I don't even try. So I skipped "styling" it, which is usually a 2 second messy bun anyway. So what do you think - good or bad idea? Leave me your honest thoughts in comments please. I can take it I promise though I don't promise to do anything about it necessarily:)

Anyway, I wanted to share some awesome summer finds this week, most of them at a very affordable price point, because I'm a mom and my 5 year old routinely spills snacks/drinks on me and steps on my shoes:) First up, Find #1, I found this amazingly flattering red/white tiered wrap dress with a flounce bottom. And it's only $35 - you're welcome! You can wear it all summer since stripes are always nice as they say. And of course it makes an easy July 4 ensemble. I couldn't find the image to include in the shoppable scroll bar so use the link here to find it easily.

This wrap midi (or almost maxi on petites) is one of my favorite dresses from the WhoWhatWear summer lineup this year. It has a ton of movement as well - perfect for anyone who likes girly/feminine style.

Find #2 is this palm print dress with bow sash which is absolutely perfect for all summer and for any warm weather trip....dreaming of a tropical vacation already! The weight of this dress is on the medium heavy side which makes it hang well and the statement sleeves are super cute too. It looks much more expensive than it is. You can style it easily with black or white accessories. I love this white sandal to pair with summer dresses. It comes in 3 other colors, all neutrals - I honestly love them all. I also bought these white sunnies, which are on their way to me in the mail so I'll post pics as soon as I have them.

I just realized that each piece in this outfit is under $50 - pretty good right? I posted these pink mules on Instagram last week when I got them. They have a VERY walkable block heel and for around $40 (use code NEWNOW) I won't be as sad when I get a freeze pop dripped on them.

Find #3 is this pom pom straw tote because everyone needs a straw tote for the summer and this one is the perfect size for petites. It's also a top handle - my favorite style to carry with feminine summer dresses. Plus it's super versatile because it's black and straw. So you can carry it with anything at all. It's currently 30% off with code SHOPTOIT.

Find #4 are the white cat eye shades I was talking about earlier. These are perfect for smaller faces and the cat eye is very now. It's nice not to have to spend over $100 for trend pieces.

Last but not least since I'm in a totally pink mood at the moment, I wanted to link my favorite pink dresses for you. They're all under $100 and I'm counting them all as find #5. You can easily wear this pink lace dress to a summer wedding or any semi/formal event. It's really beautiful on - the only caveat is that if you have a larger chest you may not find it to fit well. I would try it on and see though because it really is a gorgeous dress.

Thanks for reading! xo
